By mainly evaluating and analyzing ESG practice level of listed companies in information transmission，software and information technology service industry，their ESG information disclosure and practice level were analyzed systematically mainly through four dimensions（economy，society，environment and corporate governance）. It was found through research that the overall ESG information disclosure level of this industry is relatively good and the overall ESG performance is under a medium level；a majority of listed companies did not pay enough attention to the impact of climate change with a low level of environmental information disclosure，but stress community development and employees’ rights and therefore shall further enhance their ESG governance capacity.
