本文系统评价了中国上市公司ESG的表现。通过对327家中国上市公司进行分析发现，中国上市公司ESG评价得分整体较低，获评A级的企业仅占8。07%；中国上市公司对于气候变化的影响关注程度仍不够，环境信息披露水平较低；尤其是应对气候变化及环境管理两个指标得分较低；社会实践水平普遍偏高，普遍注重社区发展与员工权益，但供应链管理水平有待提升。在15个行业大类中，采矿业ESG表现较好，建筑业ESG表现较弱。
ESG performance of China’s listed companies was evaluated systematically in this paper. It was found by analyzing a total of China’s 327 listed companies that ESG score of China’s listed companies is quite low generally. The number of enterprises granted “Level A” accounts for 8.07% only. China’s listed companies do not pay enough attention to the influence of climate change and the level of environmental information disclosure is relatively low，particularly the two indicators of coping with climate change and environmental management. By contrast，social practice level is generally high and attention has been paid to community development and employees’ rights and interests. The supply chain management level needs further improvement. Of the 15 industrial categories，mining industry performs well in terms of ESG while construction industry is weak in this aspect.
