Chinese culture originated from astronomy.The theory that humankind is an integral part of nature，especially the study of Mind-Nature，had generally been formed in the thinking of the relationship between the inner law of nature and humankind.Its theoretical essence is the pursuit of inner brightness，the methodology is Golden Mean，and the belief is natural law.This tradition of astronomy giving birth to Chinese cultural has lasted for about ten thousand years，illustrating a unique and classical law of development.Chinese ancestors stuck to their pursuit of the bright of the sun and moon physically and mentally until they left the world when they set Chinese calendar by observing astronomical phenomena and measuring shadow with the help of the sundial.As a result，brightness became the synonym and the essence of the theory that man is an integral part of nature.Their pursuit of the brightness also prompted the birth and development of Mind-Nature Theory.In the late Spring and Autumn Period and from the late Qing Dynasty to the early Republic of China，Chinese culture went through twice revolutionary changes.From the 18^th Communist Party of China National Congress，Chinese culture has achieved a series of changes，which included inferiority，self-improvement and confidence.The modern mission of Chinese culture is to create a new cultural formation，create socialist industrial civilization，create a new relationship between heaven and humankind and build a culturally strong socialist country.
