近年来由于推广数字经济，乌兹别克斯坦经济发展加快，国际竞争力提升，并逐步融入世界经济。本文从ICT服务、电信基础设施、电子商务三个方面介绍了乌兹别克斯坦数字经济的发展概况，分析了乌兹别克斯坦在评估信息技术发展的多项国际评级中的表现。随后梳理了乌兹别克斯坦在数字经济方面的国家政策沿革，重点阐述了有关发展数字技术和电子政务的措施。最后通过《数字乌兹别克斯坦——2030战略》展望了乌兹别克斯坦数字经济的发展前景。
In recent years，the acceleration of Uzbekistan’s economic development，the improvement of its international competitiveness，and its gradual integration into the world economy largely depend on the development of the digital economy. This article introduces the development of Uzbekistan’s digital economy from three aspects：ICT services，telecommunications infrastructure，and e-commerce，and analyzes Uzbekistan’s performance in multiple international ratings for assessing the development of information technology. Then the article reviewes the evolution of Uzbekistan’s national policy on the digital economy，focusing on measures to develop digital technology and e-government. Finally，through the “Digital Uzbekistan-2030” strategy，the prospects for the development of Uzbekistan’s digital economy are illustrated.
