数字经济是俄罗斯近年来大力发展的国家级项目之一，不过因其起步较晚、数字经济尚未受到普遍重视、疫情限制，其数字经济发展进程较为缓慢。2021年俄罗斯数字经济发展呈向好态势，人工智能、5G技术等高新技术得到高度重视和配套扶持措施。本报告结合2018年至2021年相关数据，针对俄罗斯国内数字经济发展、其在国际排名中地位变化、现存问题和发展前景四个方向，梳理分析俄数字经济发展及其前景。
In recent years，National Project “Digital Economy” has been one of the priorities of Russian Federation. However，due to its late start，insufficient awareness on digitalization and pandemic restrictions，the process of realizing the project is not satisfying. In 2021，“Digital Economy” represents a stable trend with mild improvements. Sub-projects，including Artificial Intelligence，technology 5G and other new technologies，have raised attention and supplied with supporting measures from the higher level. This report analyzes data from 2018 to 2020 on four aspects，including：Domestic development of Digital Economy in Russia，Tendency of changes in ratings and indexes world wide，Current challenges and Future prospectives，aiming to demonstrate Russia’s achievements and prospectives of its digital economy.
