基于城市数字经济竞争力的框架和数据，本研究分析了全球30个重要城市数字经济竞争力情况。具体分析：①各大城市数字经济竞争力总体得分、排名及其变动情况；②城市数字经济竞争力与GDP、人均GDP的关系，并分组比较重点城市的得分情况；③各城市分指标的排名情况呈现何种特征和变化；④城市数字投入产出比较和数字生产率分析。最后提出建设和完善数字基础设施、培育数字人才、推动数字创新等政策建议。
Based on the framework and data of the city digital economy，the digital economy competitiveness of 30 global cities is analyzed. Specifically，the paper focus on：（1）the scores and rankings of the digital economy competitiveness of major cities；（2）the relationship between city digital economy competitiveness，GDP and GDP per capita，and describe the scores of key cities；（3）the characteristics and dynamics of the digital indicators of each city；（4）Comparison of the cities digital input-output and productivity. Finally，the relevant policy recommendations are put forward.
