随着中国特色社会主义先行示范区的建设，深圳不断推动城市旅游的融合发展，形成了分布范围广、类型多样的旅游业态。本报告通过实地调查、小组座谈、深度访谈等定性研究方法调查深圳市旅游资源，找到深圳城市旅游重点发展的领域、重点补齐的短板、重点开发的潜力，发现深圳形成了旅游融合发展的几大格局。一是旅游融合文化产业发展；二是旅游融合城市综合体发展；三是旅游融合时尚文化发展；四是旅游融合滨海文化发展；五是旅游融合都市休闲生活。本报告建议深圳城市旅游融合发展强化旅游管理部门工作职能，解决旅游融合发展突出问题；突破传统旅游发展思想，大力推进旅游融合发展；突出文化与创意内核，加大管理与监管力度；积极搭建数字平台，开启旅游智慧化融合模式；培养适应旅游融合发展的复合型旅游人才；坚定实施“旅游+”战略，促进产业融合。
With the construction of the first demonstration zone of socialism with Chinese characteristics，Shenzhen has continuously promoted the integration and development of urban tourism，forming a tourism industry with a wide range of distribution，various types，and all administrative regions. This research uses qualitative research methods such as field surveys，group discussions，and in-depth interviews to find the key areas for Shenzhen’s urban tourism development，the shortcomings to be compensated，and the potential for key development through the investigation of Shenzhen’s tourism resources. The study found that Shenzhen has formed several major patterns of integrated tourism development：First，the development of tourism integrated cultural industry. Mainly reflected in tourism cultural performances and cultural festivals. The second is the comprehensive development of tourism-integrated cities. Shenzhen has promoted the city’s brand image by actively promoting the construction of a cultural tourism complex. The third is the integration of tourism and the development of fashion culture. Shenzhen made up for the lack of major cultural facilities，built a characteristic town，and created a new place for citizens to relax. The fourth is the development of tourism integrated with coastal culture. Shenzhen will develop its cruise economy and build a Dapeng global tourism demonstration zone. Fifth，tourism integrates urban leisure life. Shenzhen continues to build urban and commercial complexes，promote the development of urban leisure and sports，and drive the development of urban characteristic towns. The research suggests that the integrated development of urban tourism in Shenzhen should strengthen the functions of tourism management departments to solve serious problems in tourism integrated development；it is necessary to break through the traditional thinking in tourism development and promote tourism integrated development measures；highlight the core of culture and creativity，strengthen management and supervision；build the digital platform and open up a smart integration model for tourism；cultivate compound tourism talents that adapt to the integrated development of tourism；firmly implement the “tourism+” strategy，and promote industry integration.
