为应对新冠肺炎疫情冲击,澳门特区政府旅游局推出“心出发·游澳门”本地游计划,旨在逐步恢复澳门的旅游活动,在维持澳门旅行社、导游、旅游大巴司机及相关旅游从业人员生计的同时,惠及传统社区的中小企业,从而促进整个澳门经济的复苏。此外,该计划亦希望借此机会让居民更深入地认识自己的社区,并推出新产品、新路线,助力旅游多元发展。本报告分析发现本地游计划得到澳门社会的广泛认可,在一定程度上促进了澳门经济的复苏。同时,计划亦存在一些不足之处,主要表现在:计划推出初期,路线信息欠缺透明、热线名额不足;某些路线的吸引力不足或导游专业水平较低而导致居民的体验未达预期;传统社区的中小企业未能广泛受惠。在未来推出类似活动时,本报告建议对上述相关方面进行改善优化,以便惠及更多旅游产业、从业人员及社区。
In order to cope with the severe impacts imposed by COVID-19,the Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) launched a local tour project entitled “Macao Ready Go!Local Tours”. The project aimed to revive tourism activities in Macao gradually. While maintaining the livelihoods of the travel agencies,tour guides,tour bus drivers,and related tourism professionals,the project also sought to support small and medium-sized enterprises in traditional communities,thereby promoting the recovery of the entire Macao economy. Moreover,the local tour project attempted to provide residents with the opportunity to get to know their own communities better and to introduce new tourism products and itineraries that will contribute to the diversification of tourism development. It is found that the local tour project has received wide recognition within Macao society,and to some extent stimulated the recovery of Macao’s economy. On the other hand,a few weaknesses are identified:in the initial phase itinerary information was not much transparent and the quota of popular itineraries was limited;the actual experience with some itineraries failed to meet the expectation of participants due to lack of attractiveness and/or poor service of tour guides;a large proportion of small and medium-sized enterprises in traditional communities did not benefit from the project. Recommendations are provided for the optimization of the future local tour projects and better achievement of the desired goals.
