2021年基于大数据的粤港澳大湾区游客情感意象研究报告

在区域旅游合作和新媒体背景下,探究粤港澳大湾区整体旅游形象及口碑对提升区域旅游整体竞争力具有重要意义。本研究采用基于大数据的旅游目的地情感评价方法,对粤港澳大湾区旅游目的地在线评论进行文本情感分析,探究粤港澳大湾区整体形象及其变化、关注度和美誉度情况以及各城市旅游形象和游客正负面口碑的组成要素。研究认为目前粤港澳大湾区区域旅游一体化形象尚未形成,旅游特色优势不鲜明。虽然粤港澳大湾区以及各个城市的美誉度不断提升,但城市之间的关注度差异较大。从粤港澳大湾区的城市形象来看,都市风情型城市形象鲜明,历史文化型城市之间存在“形象遮蔽”,而自然风光型城市形象吸引力不足。针对现阶段的主要问题,本报告认为可以从三方面改善:一是树立粤港澳大湾区统一形象,强化整合营销传播;二是旅游形象差异化定位,重视旅游形象设计创新;三是优化文化和自然资源挖掘与配套设施建设,加强区域旅游资源整合。

Abstract

In the context of city integration and tourism development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA),building a well-known integrated destination image is of significance to improve the reputation and the comprehensive competitiveness of the regional tourism. Utilizing the emotion model for evaluating tourism destinations based on tourism big data,this study conducts content analysis to explore the affective images and reputation of GBA along with their changes as well as to investigate the sentimental features of 11 cities’ images base on travel online reviews. With an aim of improving the regional destination image of GBA. The research believes that the integrated image of regional tourism in GBA has not yet formed,and the advantages of tourism characteristics are not clear. Although the reputation of GBA and cities in GBA continue to increase,the tourist attention varies greatly among cities. Judging from the urban image of GBA,the urban-style city has a distinct image,the historical and cultural cities have image obscuration,and the natural scenery-based city image is not attractive enough. Aiming at the main problems at this stage,this article suggests that it can be improved from three aspects:First,establish a unified image of GBA and strengthen marketing communication;Second,we should differentiate the urban image of tourism,and pay attention to the design and innovation of tourism image. Third,optimize cultural and natural resource,accelerate the construction of supporting facilities,and strengthen the integration of regional tourism resources.
