珠海市老年人的健康状况与年龄、性别、城乡显著相关。高龄老人、女性老人、农村老人的健康状况明显不如低龄老人、男性老人、城市和城镇老人。根据十九大提出的“实施健康中国战略”，联系珠海市老年人健康状况的实际情况，建议珠海市政府加快推进养老保险全覆盖和率先探索异地就医结算服务，采取精准养老、心态养老、精神养老、快乐养老等措施，解决好养老事业中发展不平衡不充分的问题，满足老年人日益增长的健康需要、美好生活的需要。
The health status of older persons in Zhuhai is related to age，gender and urban-rural obviously. The health status of the oldest，female and rural elderly is obviously worse than that of the younger，male，city and urban elderly. According to the “implementing healthy China strategy” put forward by the 19th communist party congress of China，combined with the actual situation of the elderly health in Zhuhai city，it is suggested that Zhuhai municipal government should accelerate the whole coverage of old-age insurance and take the lead in exploring the off-site medical settlement service，take measures such as precision pension，mentality pension，spirit pension，happy pension，to solve the problem of unbalanced development in old-age service and meet the growing needs for health and good lives of the elderly.
