新冠肺炎疫情之下，中葡论坛澳门常设秘书处积极发挥澳门平台作用，协助论坛与会葡语国家共同应对挑战，在抗疫合作中践行人类命运共同体的理念，以“线上+线下”的形式开展论坛框架下经贸和人文领域相关工作，持续推动中国与葡语国家在各领域的合作交流取得积极成果。未来，在国家加快构建新发展格局，推动高质量发展大背景下，常设秘书处将不断创新思路，进一步发挥澳门中葡平台作用，推动新时期中国与葡语国家各领域合作取得新成效。
No âmbito da pandemia de COVID-19，o Secretariado Permanente do Fórum para a Cooperação Económica e Comercial entre a China e os Países de Língua Portuguesa（Macau）tem desempenhado um papel importante em unir os Países de Língua Portuguesa（PLP）para enfrentar os desafios em conjunto e realizar as ideias da comunidade com futuro compartilhado para a humanidade，tais como desenvolver trabalhos nas áreas de economia，comércio e cultura pelos meios online e offline e promover a cooperação entre a China e os PLP em dibersos domínios. No futuro，à medida que a China acelera o estabelecimento de um novo padrão de desenvolvimento e promove um desenvolvimento de alta qualidade，o Secretariado Permanente continuará a servir de plataforma para os intercâmbios entre a China e os PLP.
Under the background of COVID-19 pandemic，the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries in Macao played an important role in uniting the Portuguese-speaking countries to face the challenges together，and realizing the ideas of a community with a shared future，such as carrying out work in the fields of economy，trade and humanities through an “online-merge-offline” method，promoting the cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking countries in various fields. In the future，as China accelerates the establishment of a new development pattern and promotes high-quality development，the Permanent Secretariat will continue to serve as a platform for the exchange between China and Portuguese-speaking countries.
