本报告从结构优化、质量提升、产业创新、环境友好四个维度，系统而全面地评价了2019年长三角地区41个城市的产业转型升级水平，并依据综合指数得分对41个城市进行了排名，结果显示，上海、杭州、南京、苏州、无锡列长三角地区产业转型升级指数前五位。
This report systematically and comprehensively evaluates the industrial transformation and upgrading level of 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from the four dimensions：structural optimization，quality improvement，industrial innovation and environmental friendliness. According to the comprehensive index，the 41 cities are ranked. The results show that Shanghai，Hangzhou，Nanjing，Suzhou and Wuxi rank the top five in the index of industrial transformation and upgrading in the Yangtze River Delta.
