通过构建长三角城市科技创新驱动力指标评价体系,并基于AHP-EVM模型设置主客观综合指标权重,得到科技创新驱动力综合指数,包含科技创新投入、科技创新载体、科技创新产出、科技创新绩效4个专项指数以及10个二级指标得分,全面、系统地评价了长三角41个城市的科技创新驱动力,并对长三角城市群科技创新驱动力进行了分层分析,着重比较分析了领军城市、核心城市和重点城市。
Through the construction of the science and technology(S&T)innovation driving force index evaluation system for the cities in Yangtze River Delta,and based on the AHP-EVM model to set the weight of the subjective-objective comprehensive indicators,this paper gets the S&T innovation driving force composite index,including four special indices of the S&T innovation input,the S&T innovation carrier,the S&T innovation output,the S&T innovation performance,as well as 10 secondary indicators score,and focuses on the analysis of the top 10 cities driven by the S&T innovation in the Yangtze River Delta. The results show that compared with last year’s results,the performance of Jiangsu and Zhejiang cities declined overall,while shanghai improved,and some of Anhui’s leading cities,driven by economic development,improved the driving force of the S&T innovation.
