First，since the founding of New China，the important role of Wushu culture in national foreign exchanges were based on its time value. Combining the national policies of the new era，point out the development direction and ideal blueprint of martial arts culture，especially in the fight against COVID-19. Martial arts represented by “Ba Duan Jin” have made important contributions，has won wide praise and recognition；Secondly，in the form of communication of the martial arts culture，it is pointed out that the combination of film and television and animation stage play is a good way to expand the influence of martial arts culture. The combination of martial arts and other art forms should be expanded on this basis. At the same time，we should also strengthen the combination of martial arts and other sports，explore the innovative development path of martial arts；Third，this paper analyzes the history and status of martial arts culture from historical horizon and era horizon，it is pointed out that the protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage in the martial arts field should strengthen the systematic construction.
