本报告以长江经济带11省市2010年以来的社会事业发展基础数据为依据，重点关注人口发展、人民生活、公共服务、科技文化、就业与社会保障等各个社会民生维度的发展现状，总结各地面临的主要问题。在厘清发展脉络、归纳基本特征的同时，以问题为导向，挖掘痛点、拓展思路，为进一步推动全流域经济社会协同发展、打造高品质社会事业发展集聚区、推进共同富裕发展目标的实现提供参考。
Based on the data of social development of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River economic belt since 2010，this report focuses on the development status of various social and livelihood dimensions such as population development，people’s life，public services，science，technology and culture，employment，pension and social security，and summarizes the main problems on the ground. While clarifying the development context and summing up the basic characteristics，taking the problem as the guide，excavate the pain points and explore ideas，so as to further promote the coordinated economic and social development of the whole basin，build a high-quality social undertakings development cluster area，and provide reference for promoting the realization of the development goal of common prosperity.
