A community of common destiny for all mankind and the “Belt and Road” Initiative are Chinese solution of oriental wisdom designed to purse a new type of international order and system. The exchanges between governments，economies，and people-to-people have laid a good foundation of Sino-Djiboutian relations. Based on the development of Chinese companies in Djibouti，building a community of common destiny for all mankind including China-Africa requires mutual respect for discussion，joint development and sharing and with the empowerment of technology，the importance of candid conversations is elevated increasing.
