2018年7月国务院新批北京等第三批跨境电商综试区城市后，各城市在借鉴杭州综试区“六体系两平台”经验基础上，纷纷出台实施方案，提出跨境电商创新主攻方向。本报告对22家综试区实施方案进行汇总整理分析，结合区域产业发展优势，提炼出各城市的差异化发展特色。
In July 2018，after the state council approved the third batch of cities in the comprehensive test area，such as Beijing. On the basis of learning from the experience of “six systems，two platforms” in Hangzhou comprehensive test area，each cities have issued implementation plans successively and proposed the main innovation direction of cross-border e-commerce. This report summarizes and analyzes the implementation plans of 22 comprehensive test areas which combined the regional industrial development advantages and the differentiated development features.
