合肥综试区在借鉴杭州综试区经验做法的基础上，建设“一区三核”的生态体系，整合跨境电商各企业资源搭建一站式服务平台，推进实施“跨境电商+大数据”服务，打造完整的跨境电商产业链和生态圈，并运用跨境电商新兴贸易形式，倒逼合肥监管服务部门由传统监管模式逐步探索创新适合自身的监管服务体系，形成开放型经济发展新高地。
Based on the the experience and practice of Hangzhou comprehensive test area，Hefei comprehensive test area will build an ecological system of “one district，three cores”，and build a one-stop service platform by integrating the enterprises resources of cross-border e-commerce. For promoting the big data service of cross-border e-commerce，it can build an integrated cross-border e-commerce industry chain and ecosystem. With the new trade form of cross-border e-commerce，the traditional regulatory mode are forced to explore and innovate a new regulatory service system，so as to form a new highland of open economic.
