网络安全企业是国家网络空间安全能力的重要支点。以美国为首的西方发达国家，凭借强有力的网络安全企业实力、紧密联动的政企关系，占据全球网络空间优势地位。本研究拟通过对国外典型企业发展的研究，借鉴国际经验，提出促进我国网络安全企业发展的政策建议。
Cybersecurity enterprise is an important fulcrum of national security capability. The western developed countries，led by the United States，hold the dominant position in the cyberspace by virtue of the strong strength of cybersecurity enterprises. This study proposes policy suggestions to promote the development of China’s cybersecurity industry by studying the development of typical foreign enterprises and drawing on international experience.
