Currently both domestic and international laws are inadequate in coping with the increasingly severe global cybersecurity situation，which is characterized by extensive influence，serious harms，and complicated technology. In light of China’s unique cybersecurity technology and data advantage，this report gives a detailed description of the current situation of global cybersecurity and puts forward countermeasure suggestions at the legislative，regulatory and judicial levels.
