中国自媒体自诞生至发展成为普及度广、影响力强的信息交互平台仅用了不足二十年时间。其在传播主体、信息交互模式、发展速度、内容呈现方式等方面的革命性变化深刻影响着信息在社会方方面面的传播效果,这使得自媒体监管政策的设计尤为重要。本文从自媒体在中国的发展脉络出发,结合其自身特点梳理中国自媒体在传媒行业整体变革大背景下的历次转变以及在此过程中逐步暴露的各种问题,并对照现有自媒体相关政策、法规,总结当前自媒体治理体系的创新点、盲点、治理经验及待完善之处。
From the birth of the media to the development of the information platform,which has become widely popular and influential,it took less than 20 years. The revolutionary changes in the main body of communication,the mode of information interaction,the speed of development,and the way content is presented have profoundly affected the impact of information dissemination on all aspects of society,which makes the design of media regulatory policy particularly important. This article starts from the development of the media in China,and combines its own characteristics to sort out the changes in China’s media from the overall transformation of the media industry and the various problems gradually exposed in the process,and compare the existing self-media related policies.,regulations,summarizing the current innovation points,blind spots,governance experience and what to improve from the media governance system.
