澳门一直以来都重视“爱国爱澳”教育。早在回归前,由于特殊的历史因素,澳门的华人教育体系已经非常重视国情与区情的教育,以传承“爱国爱澳”精神。回归后,澳门社会对于国情和区情教育更加重视,把“爱国爱澳”写入《非高等教育制度纲要法》,特区政府制定的教育政策,以至学校、社团和社会的全方位配合,国情和区情教育通过不同的手段和方式有序地在基础教育范畴中开展。从诸多研究报告来看,澳门中学生对于国家和特区的认同感较高,国情和区情教育取得较大的成效。不过,随着国际格局的变化,青年反叛思潮的出现,邻近地区政治局势的不稳,加上网络无远弗届,澳门青少年特别容易受到影响。因此,在可见的未来,国情和区情教育将无可避免受到挑战。本文旨在探讨在新时代新形势下澳门国情和区情教育如何在良好的基础上与时俱进,以达至“爱国爱澳”精神得以薪火相传的目的。
Macau has always been hailed as a base of patriotic education. Due to dedicate historical factors,national and regional education had been a focus within the Chinese ethnic education system in Macau before Reunification,with an emphasis on the inheritance of patriotic spirit. This focus has been further emphasised after Reunification through its inclusion to the legal and policy frameworks. Schools,civic associations and the community also work together to achieve a systematic approach in the basic education domain. Several surveys have revealed that Macau’s secondary school students have a higher sense of national and regional identity,reflecting the attainment of national and regional education. Following the change in international relations and the emergence of revolting minds among young people,the youth of Macau is being exposed to risk of such negative influence,thus posing some challenges to the national and regional education in the foreseeable future. This article aims to examine how Macau’s national and regional education can keep pace with the times in order to achieve the objective of inheriting the patriotic spirit to the younger generation.
