回归以来澳门特区在宪法和基本法的宣传推广和教育培训方面所做出的努力和所取得的成绩被公认为是澳门特区成功实践“一国两制”的重要经验之一。本文主要从对青少年的宣传教育、对管治队伍的宣传教育以及对民间社会的宣传教育三个方面回顾和总结了2019年度澳门特区在宪法和基本法宣传教育方面的相关工作，并在此基础上就如何继续做好澳门特区未来宪法和基本法宣传教育相关工作、保障爱国爱澳优良传统薪火相传提出一些具体的建议和展望。
The efforts and achievements of the Macau Special Administrative Region in the promotion and education of the Constitution and the Basic Law have been recognized as one of the important experiences of its successful practice of “one country，two systems”. On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Reunification in 2019，this article reviews the work of the Macau SAR in the aforesaid field during that year，especially that among young people，members of the Administration team and the civic society. Some suggestions are proposed as to how to further strengthen the work and to further promote patriotism in the future.
