In the context of the raging global epidemic，the pace of cultural development in Southeast Asian countries has slowed down in recent years. Despite all the severe challenges，the Philippine government has not yet relaxed the conservation of cultural heritage. Domestically，by cooperating with communities and Department of Education，the cultural heritage conservation department not only promotes the protection of heritage smoothly，but also enhances the cultural pride and self-confidence of local residents. Internationally，the Philippines continues to use diversified methods，such as online communication with organizations around the world and NGOs to introduce advanced concepts and technologies into the country，and promote Philippine culture to the world.
