2020年，越南高度重视本国未来十年的文化建设与发展问题，将第33-NQ/TW号决议视为党在国家革新和主动融入国际事业下一阶段中的文化路线，积极谋划制定和完善《到2030年文化发展战略》。在文化、体育和旅游业受到新冠肺炎疫情严重影响的情况下，越南加大了疫情防控、适应形势和开展工作并举的策略研究力度，取得了较好的成效。在对外文化交流中，越南以树立信心和加强本国与世界各国之间的关系、提高国家地位为目标，充分利用国际、区域组织推广越南形象，扩大影响。
In 2020，Vietnam has attached great importance to the country’s cultural construction and development in the next ten years. It regards Resolution 33-NQ/TW as the party’s cultural route in the next stage of national reform and active integration into the international，and plans to make and improve the Strategy for Cultural Development to 2030. As the culture，sports and tourism industries are severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic，Vietnam has intensified the study of strategies to prevent and control the epidemic，as well asadapt to the situation，carry out simultaneous work，and achieved good results. In foreign cultural exchanges，Vietnam aims to build confidence，boost relations between itself and other countries in the world，and improve its status. It makes full use of international and regional organizations to promote Vietnam’s image and expand its influence.
