中非自贸区建设既是中国对国际秩序转型的回应，也契合了中国国内经济转型升级和非洲经济发展阶段的需要，是中非共同推动经济全球化的重要支点。与中非经济合作的飞速发展相比，中非自贸区建设相对滞后。涵盖非洲54国12亿人口的非洲大陆自贸区的成立为中非自贸区建设带来了新的机遇和挑战。中国应平衡中国与非洲主权国家的双边自贸区建设及中国与非洲多边自贸区建设的关系，助力非洲经济一体化，与非洲共同捍卫多边贸易体制。
The construction of China Africa Free Trade Area is not only China’s response to the transformation of the international order，but also meets the needs of China’s domestic economic transformation and upgrading and Africa’s economic development stage. It is an important fulcrum for China and Africa to jointly promote economic globalization in the post epidemic era. Compared with the rapid development of China Africa economic cooperation，the construction of China Africa Free Trade Area lags behind. The establishment of the African continental Free Trade Area，which covers 54 African countries and a population of 1.2 billion，has brought new opportunities and challenges to the construction of China Africa Free Trade Area. China should balance the construction of bilateral Free Trade Area between China and African sovereign countries and the construction of multilateral Free Trade Area between China and Africa，help Africa’s economic integration and jointly defend the multilateral trading system.
