在逆全球化和2020年新冠肺炎疫情叠加的影响下，全球供应链遭受严重冲击。而在此背景下的中欧供应链合作表现出强大的韧性。中国国际进口博览会（以下简称进博会）与中欧供应链协同发展，在世界范围内成绩突出，同时也面临各种难题。本报告通过分析进博会在国际采购、投资促进、人文交流、开放合作方面联通中国和世界的强大作用，进一步分析了中欧供应链建设与合作发展的现状和特点。分析认为，中国供应链有较好的韧性，欧洲供应链由跨国公司主导。中欧供应链合作主要集中在少数国家和行业，互联网技术在逆全球化的背景下发挥着促进中欧供应链合作的作用，物流和金融方面的合作是中欧双方开展供应链新合作的重点。此外，中欧供应链合作也面临贸易、投资、跨境电子商务等方面的限制。最后，从增强中欧政府间战略互信等三个方面提出了进一步深化中欧供应链合作的建议。
Under superimposed impacts of reverse globalization and the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020，global supply chains are hit hard. Against such a backdrop，however，the cooperation of Chinese and European supply chains shows great resilience. China International Import Expo（CIIE）develops with Chinese and European supply chains in a coordinated manner，making outstanding achievements around the world and at the same time facing various difficulties. This report analyzes the powerful role of CIIE in connecting China and the outside world in terms of international procurement，investment promotion，cultural exchanges，opening-up and cooperation，and the construction status and characteristics of Chinese and European supply chains. The report holds that Chinese and European supply chains can complement each other’s advantages，and China and Europe shall strengthen supply chain cooperation in terms of information technology and digital technology through the platform of CIIE and put emphasis on cooperation in logistics and finance. At last，the report offers scientific suggestions for strengthening strategic mutual trust between Chinese and European governments，promoting digital and intelligent transformation of Chinese and European supply chains，and linking with the supply-side reform in China in terms of digital economy，high-end service industry and high technology，to promote deepened cooperation between Chinese and European supply chains.
