在新发展阶段，推动产业链现代化，加快产业链创新链高效互动是长江经济带高质量发展的内在要求。在新发展格局的背景下，长江经济带沿江省市“十四五”规划都对产业链发展做了中长期战略部署，积极围绕产业链布局创新链，建设产业链承接载体，大力打造高质量发展的新引擎。然而，各地区存在产业链同质化、碎片化发展的倾向，值得高度重视。今后，中央有关部门应加强沿江省市的产业链创新链规划和政策统筹，促进各地区产业链错位发展、协作发展和创新发展。
In the new development stage，promoting the modernization of the industrial chain and speeding up the efficient interaction between the industrial chain and the innovation chain are the inherent requirements for the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. Under the background of new development paradigm，the “14th Five-Year Plan” of provinces and cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt has made mid-and long-term strategic deployment for industrial chain development，focusing on the layout of the innovation chain，building the carrier of the industrial chain，and vigorously creating a new engine of high-quality development. However，the trend of homogenization of industrial chain in regions is worthy of great attention. Relevant departments of the central government should strengthen the planning and policy coordination of industrial chain and innovation chain in all regions along the Yangtze River，and guide the dislocation，collaborative and innovative development.
