本文通过对广州中心城市辐射带动作用的现状分析，提出了强化广州对全省辐射带动作用的战略构想与路径，以及相应的保障措施。
Based on analysis of present radiating and driving role of Guangzhou as a central city，this paper proposes strategic vision and measures on strengthening the radiating and driving role of Guangzhou and corresponding supporting measures.
