“一带一路”战略构想具有十分重要和深远的战略意义。阿拉伯世界在构建“一带一路”战略中具有不可或缺和独特的重要地位。21世纪以来，中国-阿拉伯世界关系发展迅速，在政治、经济、能源、金融等领域，中阿双方具有巨大的合作空间，“一带一路”战略构想将进一步丰富中阿关系的战略内涵，预示着21世纪中阿关系的发展方向和发展趋势。同时，在“一带一路”背景下，中阿关系发展面临的问题也不少，阿拉伯世界的地缘政治矛盾、大国博弈与角逐、阿拉伯世界经济结构单一等，将是中阿关系发展面临的主要挑战。
The strategic concept of “one belt and one road” is of great importance and far-reaching strategic significance，and the Arab world has an indispensable and unique role in the construction of the concept. Since the new century，China-Arab relations have been developing rapidly in areas of politics，economy，energy，finance and interconnection. Given the huge space of cooperation between China and Arab countries，“one belt and one road” will further enrich the strategic connotation of China-Arab relations and indicate the direction and development trends of China-Arab relations in the 21st century. In the mean time，China-Arab relations are also faced with various challenges，the major ones including geopolitical conflicts in the Arab world，gaming and competition between major world powers，and single-product economic structure in Arab countries.
