Although foreign trade of Philippines has obtained steady growth，its industrial international competitiveness is relatively weak. In recent years，the economic and trade cooperation has maintained a rapid growth between Philippines and China. From the perspective of development and factor endowments，the trade structure of the two countries has a certain competitive and complementary，and the cooperation between China and Philippines is still facing great uncertainty and risk.
