长三角地区无论是在经济总量、经济功能上，还是在作为战略支点的地位上，对于我国经济都起着中流砥柱的作用。长三角区域的协同发展不仅将促进区域内各省市经济社会的一体化发展，还将对区域外省市产生重要的辐射带动作用，最终推动全国统一市场的形成， 从而成为“十三五” 期间我国经济保持持续稳定、高质量增长的重要保障。本文重点提出要运用协同发展理念来思考长三角区域发展的目标、内涵及思路，并详细分析了“十三五”期间长三角区域协同发展的目标、内涵及思路，设计出了长三角协同发展总体思路框架，并有针对性地提出了加快长三角区域协同发展的政策建议。
