目前，长三角区域一体化进程呈现深层次、多领域的格局，合作体制机制也向着制度化、规范化和法治化全面发展。在《长江三角洲地区区域规划》的指导下，长三角区域发展也面临着第三次转型，而合作体制机制创新非常重要。本文首先论述了“十三五”期间长三角区域合作体制机制创新的重大意义，其次介绍长三角合作体制机制的历史沿革，接着说明长三角区域合作体制机制的特点，然后详细分析了长三角区域合作体制机制存在的主要问题，最后为创新长三角区域合作的体制机制提出了对策建议。
At present, the Yangtze River Delta regional integration process presents a deep, multi - field pattern, and the cooperation mechanism is also facing the system, standardization, and the rule of law and the overall development. Under the guidance of the "Yangtze River Delta regional planning", the development of the Yangtze River Delta region is also facing the third transition, and the cooperation mechanism innovation is very important. This paper firstly discusses the significance of 45 period of Yangtze River Delta regional cooperation system and mechanism innovation, followed by the introduction of the historical evolution of the Yangtze River Delta cooperation system and mechanism, and then explain the characteristics of Yangtze River Delta regional cooperation system and mechanism, and then a detailed analysis of the main problems exist in the Yangtze River Delta regional cooperation system and mechanism, and points out countermeasures and suggestions for the innovation of the Yangtze River Delta regional cooperation mechanism.
