2015年3月28日,《推动共建“丝绸之路”经济带和21世纪海上“丝绸之路”的愿景与行动》正式发布。作为我国对外开放进程中的重要组成部分,如何通过加快发展中国对“一带一路”沿线国家的旅游投资,提升我国旅游产业的国际竞争力,实现沿线国家共同繁荣是一个重要的现实问题。通过分析中国对“一带一路”沿线国家旅游投资的分布格局及其特征,阐述中国对“一带一路”沿线国家旅游投资的关键问题,并在此基础上剖析中国“一带一路”沿线国家旅游投资的战略选择。构建旅游投资支撑体系对稳妥推进“一带一路”战略实施有重要意义,对深化发展中国对“一带一路”沿线国家的旅游投资布局有决策参考价值。
Promoting foreign investment is one of the most paramount functions of the Belt and Road Initiative of China. Therefore how under the background of the initiative to promote China’s tourism foreign investment is an important realistic problem. This article firstly analyzes the distribution pattern and its characteristics of China’s tourism investment to countries along the B&R,and then expounds the key problems and strategic choice of enterprises. Finally,the paper puts forward the supporting system from governments on this issue. Based on this,the paper is beneficial to the implementation of the B&R initiative and tourism foreign investment of China.
