中国企业在“走出去”的过程中也面临着不少困难和挑战，其中最关切的不外乎人员和财产的安全问题。国家主席习近平也对此做出回应，要求有关部门加大投入和保障，加强境外安全保护工作，确保我国公民和机构的安全。因此，在推动中国企业“走出去”的同时，如何确保“走出去”企业资产和人员的安全问题已经成为一个迫切需要研究的重大现实问题。
Many difficulties and Challenges exist in Chinese enterprises’ “Go global” strategy，in which safety and security of possession are the main concerns. Chinese president Xi Jingping has echoed it with the order to relative department to increase spend and enhance the overseas security works，in order to guarantee the security of our citizens and organizations. Therefore it is an urgent need to study how to maintain the security of overseas enterprises and personnel，while encouraging enterprises to “Go global”.
