The year 2015 marks the 40th anniversary of the establishment of Sino-Thai diplomatic relations. The relations between China and Thailand have enjoyed smooth and steady development meanwhile the bilateral trade made significant headway. As China’s economy enters into a new stage of development，great changes have taken place between the bilateral trades of merchandise and service compared with the past. This paper discusses the changes and development trends of the recent Sino-Thai trade through statistical analysis，structural analysis and index analysis，resolves the status quo and existing problem and finally puts forward the prospect.
