近年来，债券市场管理部门深入贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于债务资本市场的方针政策和工作部署，不断健全市场运行机制，推进债券发行管理改革，加大创新力度，加强市场机制建设，完善市场基础设施，积极推动建立多层次、多功能的债务资本市场体系。债券市场发展步伐不断加快，2015年底债券存续规模已超过46万亿元，其中公司信用类债券存续规模超过14万亿元。公司信用类债券市场的发展拓宽了企业融资渠道，大大提升了企业通过债券市场融资的便利性。债券发行量不断创出历史新高。债券市场已经成为金融服务实体经济的重要渠道。
In recent years，the bond market regulators have thoroughly carried out the policies and requirements on debt capital market by the Party and the State Council，continually improved market operation mechanism，pushed bond issuance management reform，increased innovation，strengthened market mechanism build-up，improved market infrastructure，and actively pushed establishment of a multi-layer and multi-function debt capital market system. The development of the bond market has accelerated and by the end of 2015，the total bond value has exceeded 46 trillion yuan，with more than 14 trillion yuan being corporate credit bond. The development of the corporate credit bond market expands corporate financial channels and greatly facilitates financing of enterprises through the bond market. The bond issuance has repeatedly hit historical highs and the bond market has become an important channel for the financial services sector to support the real economy.
