Macao’s economy has slowed down recently. The pillar gaming industry continues to decline and the industrial structure is facing adjustment. This article reviews the state of development of non-gaming industries，including traditional ones such as tourism，hotel and retail，and emerging ones such as convention and exhibition. Based on the direction of moderate economic diversification，this article also explores the development trends of the non-gaming economy in the future.
