Overseas Fujian businessmen’s network is a unique resource，and Fujian Economy’s continued utilization of this network in extending abroad abroad will contribute to reduced risk and to the ability overcome resistance to going abroad. Resources included in the overseas Fujian businessmen’s network are；information networking，market networking business cooperation partners，financial services，technically skilled persons，variously talented persons，production cooperation，and more. Interaction with and utilization of these resources forms a vast resource system. As such，the need to develop its advantages and synthesize its exploitation is paramount. Overseas Fujian businessmen’s wealth is mainly distributed along the 21th century Sea Silk Road’s lines. Cooperation of Fujian businessmen at home and abroad in going abroad is an important aspect of Fujian 21th century sea silk core area construction. If it wishes to promote Fujian businessmen at home and abroad cooperating to go abroad，the government needs to strengthen cooperative platform construction，speed trade and investment convenience progress，raise strength for support for finance and tax，and innovate overseas Chinese affairs workers’ way of thinking.
