本文简要概括了2015年中国外汇管理当局的主要举措。在此基础上，着重评述了2016年我国外汇管理改革的重要事件，它们分别是：人民币汇率形成机制改革的影响与意见分歧、资金外流加剧之下采取资本管控的必要性以及支持“一带一路”战略的外汇管理改革。最后，本文认为未来外汇管理改革的重点是提高宏观审慎管理能力，防范汇率波动带来的金融风险，继续推进支持“一带一路”的外汇改革措施。
This Chapter outlines main activities of China’s administration of foreign exchange in 2015.Based on the past reforms，it focuses on the three main aspects in the administrative actions of foreign exchange in 2016，which includes reforms in capital flow management，reforms in RMB exchange rate formation mechanism and reforms aiming at enhancing “The Belt and Road”. The chapter concludes that China’s administration of foreign exchange will focus on discerning the potential risks in the FX market and improve macro-prudential framework of foreign debt and cross-border capital flow management and to support the new “The Belt and Road” Initiative.
