对近年来访澳旅客的结构特征分析显示,澳门客源市场分布不均衡;访澳内地旅客增长放缓;旅客平均逗留时间较短;旅客消费总额及人均消费有所下降;旅客平均逗留时间不长;住宿成本偏高依然是当前访澳旅客结构中存在的问题。澳门不能简单追求旅客数量的增长,更应注重旅客质量的提升。因此,应继续着力培育澳门品牌形象,挖掘澳门中西文化的吸引力,持续不断开展旅客调查,注重营销推广,增强对中高端旅客的吸引力。
Based on the tourists’ structure analysis,it shows that tourist market disequilibrium,slowing growth of mainland tourists,tourists’ short average length of stay,the decline of both gross and average tourist consumption,and high accommodation cost are main problems existing in Macau’s current tourist structure. Macau needs to focus on the improvement of tourists’ quality rather than quantity. Therefore,Macau should continue putting forth effort to cultivate the city brand image,excavate the potentiality of combination of Chinese and Western culture,conduct continuous tourist survey,strengthen destination marketing and increase effort to attract middle-class and high-end tourists.
