从贸易结构看海上丝绸之路的文化中介者

15~18世纪,是人类历史的重大变革时代。欧洲人开启了地理大发现与大航海时代,世界海洋贸易的新时代随之到来。伴随着大航海时期的兴盛,第一波贸易全球化趋势开始出现,各地区间的贸易往来,呈现点对点连接的结构。在18世纪以前,充当文化贸易或产品贸易的中介者的内涵与作用早与当代不尽相同。当代语境下的“文化中介者”虽不参与文化创作的过程,但需要通过不同的方式,将特定文化从一个地区带到另一个地区。现有的文化商是否能够承担起文化中介者的角色?除了经贸来往的人与机构外,又有怎样的群体能够成为在21世纪海上丝绸之路上往来的文化中介者,推动当代海上丝绸之路的贸易结构构建?这将是未来在“一带一路”的战略背景下,澳门、中国、亚洲,乃至全球各地区的文化创意产业需要进一步了解与解决的问题。

Abstract

In the history of mankind,the 15th to the 18th centuries was a period of great changes. As the Europeans started the Age of Discovery or the Age of Exploration,a new era of global maritime trade came along. And the development of the Age of Exploration brought the first wave of trade globalization. Back then,trade among different areas was in a structure of point-to-point connections. Before the 18th century,the connotation and function of culture/product trade mediators were far different from that of nowadays. Although “cultural mediators” now are not involved in the process of cultural creation,they do need to convey specific culture from one area to another in different ways. Can modern cultural agents fulfill the role of cultural mediators?And besides individuals and organizations involved in trading and exchanges,who can serve as cultural mediators on the 21st-century Maritime Silk Road and help building its trade structure?In view of the “Belt and Road(B&R)” initiative,these are the problems to be understood and solved by the cultural and creative industries(CCI)in Macao,China,Asia and all the other parts of the world.
