This paper discusses the new situation of construction enterprises in Guangzhou by interviewing and discussing with the relevant departments of municipal housing construction committee and construction industry association，Guangzhou bank，as well as 10 representative construction enterprises. Facing the new problems and new difficulties，it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
