Accelerating the construction of a cultural highland of our country，Henan should not only continually construct the socialist core value system，the modern public cultural service system and the modern cultural market system，but also integrate the construction into the strategy of ‘the Belt and Road’ and give full play to Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Area and China-Europe freight trains as the core that connects the center with the west，and even radiates its power outside. We should also put more importance on producing cultural products，strengthening cultural exchanges and further cementing trade relations，thus can we take a bigger step in accelerating the campaign of Zhongyuan culture‘walking out’.
