In the economic new normal state，Jiangsu’s economic traditional strength is weakened，the negative effects of traditional “strong government” strength is revealed，the advantages of traditional Development zones have been significantly reduced，the traditional open economic advantagees face challenges，the traditional post-dvelopment advantages are gradually lost. Under the new situation，Jiangsu should push forward the structural Reform of the Supply Front，grasp the key of reform，reshaping Jiangsu Economic Competitivve Advantage.
