近年来，中国高铁走出去步伐逐渐加快，在海外市场捷报频传，但中泰高铁的建设可谓屡遭波折，至今仍未达成有效的共识。本文旨在探索中泰高铁合作模式的可能性并针对将来合作中涉及的合同、知识产权、公司、劳工、纠纷解决等方面所涉及的法律问题与风险防范进行分析，期望能够为中泰高铁合作的进一步推进和成功提供参考。
In recent years，China high speed railway speeds up its pace of going global gradually and triumphant news in the overseas market keeps pouring in. However，the construction of the Thai high speed railway has been encountered by many twists and turns frequently and has not been reached an effective consensus yet so far. This paper aims to explore the possibility of the Thai high speed railway cooperation pattern and pays attention to the analysis on the contract，intellectual property，company，labor and dispute resolve legal issues of cooperation and risk prevention，thus，looking forward to contributing to the Thai high speed railway’s success of cooperation.
