“丝绸之路经济带”倡议提出后，中亚四国响应较为积极，中国与中亚四国在政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、资金融通等方面的合作有一定进展，但其中也存在诸多问题。中国可与中亚四国深化政策沟通、推进设施联通、促进贸易畅通、加强资金融通，以实现合作共赢、共同发展，共建“丝绸之路经济带”。
After the proposal of “the Silk Road Economic Belt”，four Central Asian countries have actively responded. The cooperation between China and four Central Asian countries has made progress in policy coordination，facilities connectivity，unimpeded trade and financial integration. However，there exist many problems. China and four Central Asian countries should be able to deepen policy communication，improve infrastructure connectivity，promote unimpeded trade and strengthen financial integration，in order to achieve win-win cooperation and mutual development and finish joint construction of “the Silk Road Economic Belt”.
