Taking full advantage of its comparative advantages，Zhejiang Province has established its strategic goals of carrying out the Belt and Road Initiative and formulated its development plan and implementation plan. According to these plans，the five major fields are：international trade，modern logistics，international capacity，international finance and international cultural cooperation；the four key metropolitan areas are：Jinhua （Yiwu），Ningbo ＆ Zhoushan，Hangzhou and Wenzhou；the three major projects are：Yiwu Transport Hub-Yongjin Highway-Zhoushan Harbor Great Channel，Yiwu-Xinjiang-Europe Cargo Line and upgrade of four major Experimental Zones. With these plans，Zhejiang Province will take part in “the Belt and Road” construction，as well as providing organizational，mechanism and financial guarantee.
