县域能源是我国能源战略贯彻落实的基本单元，也是支撑乡村振兴战略实施的重点领域。本文选择豫南平原地区R县为样本，全面开展县域能源调查，对能源生产消费数据进行收集并统计分析，分析典型县域能源发展的总体特征及面临问题，为新时代县域能源高质量发展把好脉，助力构建农村现代能源体系，为乡村振兴战略落地实施提供保障。
County-level energy is the basic unit for the implementation of a national energy strategy，and it is also a key area to support the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. This paper selects R County in the southern Henan Plain as a sample，comprehensively conducts county energy surveys，collects and statistically analyzes energy production and consumption data. It analyzes the overall characteristics and problems of typical county energy development，and provides a good pulse for the high-quality development of county-level energy in the new era，helping to build a modern rural energy system and providing guarantee for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
