规模以上工业企业经济指标是国民经济统计核算的重要内容,是研判经济运行态势的重要依据,目前尚无规上工业用电统计核算体系,给准确研判经济电力关系及未来电力需求发展态势带来了一定困难。本文利用大数据智能匹配和挖掘分析技术,创新实现“一体系、三应用”,构建了一套与国民经济统计口径一致的规上工业用电统计核算体系,在此基础上分别实现河南省规上工业用电监测、经济电力关系研判、全社会及工业用电量预测,为准确研判全省经济发展态势及电力需求形势提供支撑。
The economic index of industrial enterprises above a certain scale is an important content of national economic statistical accounting and an important basis for studying and judging the economic operation situation. At present,there is no corresponding statistical accounting system for industrial power consumption on a certain scale,which brings certain difficulties to accurately studying the economic power relationship and the development trend of future power demand. This report used big data analysis technology,intelligent matching and mining innovation to achieve the “one system,three application”,build a set of match with the national economic statistics caliber industrial statistics on the rules of accounting system,and on this basis,respectively achieve monitoring of industrial enterprises above a certain scale,economic power relations of fine,the whole society and industrial electricity consumption forecast,to accurately judge the entire province economic development situation and the demand for electricity situation.
